Namaste. My attunement was absolutely amazing and my exploration of the energies since have been really profound experiences. Throughout the attunement I was enveloped in an indigo blue mist. At the beginning I was overwhelmed with the desire to just smile from ear to ear! An overwhelming feeling of joy and happiness. At the beginning I felt as if my crown was opened and the symbols were being placed delicately in - it was if I felt finger tips softly tapping the top of my head. Then there were waves of events, sometimes the events were repeated. Sometimes it felt as if my body's systems and my skeleton was being realigned. They were definately working on some troubled areas of my body. A long time was spent on my abdomen. I have been having trouble conceiving and the message I received was that they were sorting some things out. At some times I felt like I was levatating and other times it was just my arms or legs that lifted off the bed. There were other times that I began to recite some kind of code. I was speaking a language fluently that I didn't understand. If I could describe what it language it sounded most like, it was like Aramaic - but I have no idea if it actually was. Sometimes the speaking was interspersed with very graceful and unusual hand gestures. Sometimes the hand gestures took over and it was like I was conversing in a very fluid and intricate sign language. I am attuned to other high vibrational energies, and the other attunements were quite physical like this one, however this was very deep and the knowledge felt very old and extremely powerful. From my experience since, I would tend to agree with the guidance that a little goes a long way and that some may take time to be able to 'accept' it. I am reminded that sometimes these energies are very strong for a human physical body. This means that it is excellent for healing, but you have to take care to introduce it gradually. Certainly, prior to the attunement, during, and a little bit since I have had slight stomache problems as my physical body became used to the energies - such as slight nausea, indigestion or spontaneous toxin cleansing. I've also experienced some headaches as the crown and thrid eye chakras have been activated further. This hasn't been debilitating though, just something that I've noticed as part of the process. All in all an amazing journey getting to this point and I'm looking forward to the path I follow for the future. Om Shanti. Elaine
