My name is Stella a healer by my self too, but recently diagnosed with sleep apnea which made me feel confused cause there is no problem in my health ( after having some medical tests). I was discussing this health challenge with The Blue Light while on line on FB and kindly I have been asked if I want a distant healing which I accepted it with gratitude.
In the begin I felt like an air pump growing in my lungs and the sense like I had overeat! The energy started spreading to my navel chakra and solar and then I felt warmth in my chest,ears,hands and tingling in my feet. I closed my eyes and I saw a colour like north pole aurora selas.
Few min passed now and I feel " stronger" and very calm.
