I dont understand symbol 12 zepar. Do I have to draw both circles on each foot or one on each foot? Oh and how long should I apply energy to them fo?

you need to draw them on air both circles simultainesly, than drag and drop them on both foot (imagine) not separately dear. You give energy for 2 minutes if you do long studies. However if you feel tired and will use only 1 symbol, you can send enerrgy up to 7 minutes.
